TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Scope

These terms apply to website, landing page, digital menu, e-commerce, automation, and support services provided by Websites Athens, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

2. Quotes and Project Start

Quotes are based on the agreed scope, content, features, and timeline. Work starts after written approval and, when required, payment of a deposit. Additional requests may change cost and timing.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client provides accurate content, images, brand materials, legal text, and account access needed for the project. The client confirms they have the right to use supplied materials.

4. Third-Party Services

Hosting, domains, email, payment providers, analytics, plugins, and similar tools are subject to their own terms. We can assist with configuration, but we are not responsible for outages, price changes, or policy changes made by third-party providers.

5. Delivery and Revisions

Timelines depend on project scope and client feedback. Delays in content, approvals, or access may move delivery dates. Included revision rounds are defined in the quote.

6. Payments

Prices and payment schedules are defined in the quote. Third-party recurring costs are paid by the client unless the quote states otherwise. We may pause work or support when agreed payments are overdue.

7. SEO, Performance, and Results

We build with attention to performance, accessibility, and SEO fundamentals. We cannot guarantee rankings, traffic, sales, or conversion results because these depend on market, content, competition, budgets, and third-party platforms.

8. Legal Compliance

The client is responsible for legal compliance related to their business, including privacy notices, cookie notices, e-commerce obligations, claims, prices, and published content. We provide technical implementation, not legal advice.

9. Intellectual Property

After full payment, the client receives a license to use, maintain, and modify the delivered work for the agreed project. Unless agreed otherwise, the work may not be resold or reused as a template for another brand or business.

10. Support and Maintenance

Support and maintenance are provided according to the agreed plan or as quoted one-off work. Urgent, out-of-hours, or out-of-scope requests may require separate pricing.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Websites Athens is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount paid for that project, except where the law does not allow such limitation.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable Greek law unless mandatory consumer or business rules require otherwise.
